.....Petitioners Mr. Debabrata Acharya ..........for the Petitioners Ms. Debjani Sahu ..........for the State By an order dated 18th January, 2022 we allowed the application and granted anticipatory bail to all the petitioners, but by reason of a typographical error, the name of the petitioner no. 4 being Reyisa Begum @ Baby was not incorporated in the said order.

Office is directed to incorporate the name of the petitioner no. 4 being Reyisa Begum @ Baby after the names of the other petitioners in the third paragraph of internal page 2 of the order dated 18th January, 2022.

This rectification shall be deemed to have been incorporated in the order dated 18.01.2022.
