The order no. 63 dated June 14, 2023 is under challenge in the instant application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

The 1st Court of the learned Additional District Judge, District : Paschim Medinipur by the order impugned passed in J. Misc. Case No. 7 of 2019 arising out of Matrimonial Suit No. 1048 of 2018 has disposed of an application for alimony pendente lite by directing the husband, the petitioner herein to pay alimony pendente lite to the wife, the opposite party herein @ Rs.15,000/- per month and a further sum of Rs.10,000/- on account of litigation expenses. The amount of Rs.15,000/- is too small an amount to meet the bear necessities of life as such the order impugned does not call for any interference. C.O.2825 of 2024 is thus dismissed without any order as to costs.
