1. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2. The main allegation is against the husband, the petitioner herein.

3. In view of the statement made in the F.I.R. read with the statement of the independent witnesses recorded under Section 161 Cr.P.C. directly implicating the petitioner of physical and mental torture as well as the uploading of obscene photographs and video of the wife in the Facebook and Whatsapp, , we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
