1. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2. Considering the materials available in the case diary and the post-mortem report which discloses a number of injuries corroborating the ocular version of the witnesses and the statement of the eyewitnesses clearly show that the accused persons participated in the assault that had resulted in the death of the victim directly implicating the petitioners for the commission of the alleged offence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

3. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
