I have considered the material on record.

The petitioner is the elder brother in law (Bhasur) of the defacto complainant. The defacto complainant has implicated him in her statement recorded under Section 183 of the BNSS. This Court is informed that several threats are being meted out to the defacto complainant by the petitioner's family. Investigation is in progress. Considering the material on record and prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the alleged offence, prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.

The application for bail is disposed of.
