404 writ petitioners are before this court in this writ petition to pray for the following relief inter alia that:- (i) the respondent authorities may be directed to consider the issue of grant of weightage and equivalent marks for obtaining Teachers' Training Certificate from the State Recognition Institution instead of NCTE approved Institution;

(ii) to appoint the petitioners as Primary Teachers' under the respective District Primary School Council; (iii) to declare the candidates having obtained Teachers' Training Certificate from the State recognition Institution, to be similarly circumstanced with other candidates having Teachers' Training Certificate from NCTE Recognized Institution;

(iv) to consider them as eligible for appointment of Primary Teachers in accordance with law; and other ancillary reliefs.

Mr. Imtiaj appearing for the petitioners has candidly submitted on the basis of an order of the Co-

ordinate Bench of this court dated September 8, 2022 in WPA 13924 of 2021, that the issues involved in the present writ petition have been set at rest by dint of the said order of this court, that is dated September 8, 2022.

He has further submitted that the same squarely applies in the instant case, with respect to the 404 writ petitioners.

On perusal of the copy of the order dated September 8, 2022, as above it appears that on the ground of delay and also on the basis of the directions passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, the prayer of the writ petitioners has been dismissed by the Hon'ble Co-ordinate Bench. The same order squarely applies to the present case too.

In view of the same, the writ petition is found to be not maintainable and liable to be dismissed.

The writ petition being WPA 20325 of 2021 is dismissed.
