1. The seizure list shows, commercial quantity of phensedyl was recovered from the joint possession of the accused persons including this petitioner.

2. In view of the bar in Section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to entertain the petitioner's prayer for bail.

3. The prayer for bail is, accordingly, rejected.

4. CRM (NDPS) 1255 of 2024 is dismissed.

5. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
