Petitioner and private respondent have a history of series of civil cases pending from 2010 onwards. Report of the State reflects regarding a second appeal. However, the same has been dismissed.

Petitioner now complains that he is being threatened and on being resisted, the private respondent is creating circumstances for which the petitioner apprehends that his fishes from the water-body may be looted.

To that effect, information was furnished to the police authorities. Police authorities have drawn up proceedings under Sections 126/135(3) of BNSS.

Since the history of the relationship reflects that both the petitioner and the private respondent

are at loggerhead and police authorities have drawn up proceedings on or about 18.08.2025 under Sections 126/135(3) of BNSS, police authorities would keep a strict vigil and ensure that there is no violation of law and order. In case any of the parties tries to take law in their own hand, appropriate application be forwarded to the learned Executive Magistrate for imposing bond on the individual concerned.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 19095 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
