It is further submitted petitioners are the parents-in-law of the victim-housewife and have been falsely implicated in the instant case.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Allegation of physical torture upon the victim-housewife is supported by injuries appearing from the post-mortem report. In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage.

The application for bail is thus rejected.
