The petitioners have made an innocuous prayer. It is submitted that the application under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2022 is pending from October, 2022. It is also submitted that no hearing was held.

The District Magistrate, Paschim Medinipore will dispose of the matter within a month from the date of communication of this order, strictly in accordance with law upon satisfying himself that the parameters required to be complied with by the petitioners for an order under Section 14 have been complied with.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties are to act on the basis of server copy of this order.
