The order dated May 15, 2024 passed by the 1st Court of the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Barasat, District : 24-Parganas (North) in Title Suit No.963 of 2018, a suit for declaration of title is under challenge in the instant application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

The petitioner is the plaintiff of the said suit. The learned Trial Judge by the order impugned has allowed the prayer of the plaintiff for adjournment, the challenge to the said order is misconceived.

C.O. 2822 of 2024 is dismissed without any order as to costs.
