It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Central School Service Commission (CSSC) that they have received instructions from the D.I.

on 11.02.2025.

The order-in-question was passed on 18.08.2022. There is contumacious delay on the part of the D.I. (SE), Purba Burdwan 3.

This Court records 'censure' at the conduct of the D.I. (SE), Purba Burdwan for the aforesaid delay. Let the aforesaid censure be entered into the service records of the D. I. (SE), Purba Burdwan, Mr. Debabrata Pal.

Since the Central School Service Commission now has relevant instructions of the D. I., let the Chairman, CSSC sit with the petitioner on 10.03.2025

at 2.00 p.m. A school either chosen by the petitioner or close to the ones chosen by him may be considered for accommodating the petitioner.

Upon choice being made and recommendation being issued by the CSSC, the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education shall pass necessary orders of transfer of the petitioner to the assigned school. 6.

It is expected that the Board acts within a period of fortnight from the date of receiving recommendation from the Central School Service Commission.

In that view of the matter, the contempt application is disposed of. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.
