1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

2. The prayer of the present petitioner for anticipatory bail was earlier rejected vide order dated 13.12.2018 in CRM 10643 of 2018 by a co-ordinate Bench. Now the present petition is moved on the ground that nine of the co-accused persons have been released on anticipatory bail in the meantime.

3. Such a ground being not a supervening circumstance, the present petition for anticipatory bail is rejected.

4. The application being CRM (A) 3483 of 2023 is dismissed. (Chitta Ranjan Dash, J.) (Partha Sarathi Sen, J.)
