Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the direction passed in the order dated 15th March, 2021 has been carried out and the alleged contemnor no.4, being the headmaster of the concerned school, was served with a copy of this application on 31st March, 2021, despite which the alleged contemnor no.4 is not represented in Court today.
