The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that although the case was registered in the year 2015 and after submission of charge-sheet, charge was framed by the Learned Trial Court on March 28, 2019, yet none of the witnesses have been examined by the Learned Trial Court and the same is because of the non-appearance of the witnesses.

Mr. Arijit Ganguly, learned advocate who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State is directed to appear in this matter. His appointment may be regularized by the concerned authorities. It has been brought to the notice of this court the next date has been fixed in the month of April 2022. From the submission of the learned advocate it reflects that long dates are being passed by the Learned Trial Court. In view of the grievance of the petitioner the learned Trial Court is directed to fixe a single date

in each and every three month and proceed with the trial of the case for taking it to its logical conclusion. With the aforesaid observation CRR 2537 of 2021 is disposed of.
