The petitioner is an approved Assistant Teacher of a Higher Secondary school. The petitioner is praying disbursement of her arrear House Rent Allowance to the tune of Rs.2.64,433/-.

Mr. Jana, learned Counsel for the State respondents files a copy of the instruction dated July 10, 2023 which he has received from the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), District : Howrah, the respondent no.4 herein, let it be kept with the record.

It appears from the said instruction that the said arrear House Rent Allowance has been paid to the petitioner.

In view of such development, no order need be passed in the present writ petition.

W.P.A. 19584 of 2022 is disposed of without any order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
