She relies on Aadhaar card and PAN details in support of such plea. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected earlier.

We have considered the materials on record. Neither Aadhaar card nor PAN details are proof of citizenship. Under such circumstances and as prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits, we are not inclined in granting bail to the petitioner at this stage. The application for bail is thus rejected.
