1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners on change files a supplementary affidavit and submits that the petitioners do not want to proceed any further with the matter.

2. Accordingly, W.P.A. No. 19229 of 2023 is dismissed for non-prosecution.

3. There will be no order as to costs.

4. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

5. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.

6. At this juncture, Mr. Giasul Islam, the learned erstwhile advocate for the petitioners, submits that the petitioners have been issued life threat and

under compulsion, the petitioners are withdrawing the writ petition.

7. Liberty is granted to the petitioners, if the petitioners so feel in future, to take out appropriate application to bring to the notice of the court that the no-objection and the instruction filed today were obtained under force from the petitioners.

8. If such an application is filed, the same will be duly disposed of in accordance with law by the Court.
