1. This is the third writ petition filed by one Subrata Mallick, two of which has already been dismissed by this Court in earlier occasions.

2. In this writ petition, the cause title shows All India Anti Corruption (REGD) but the registration number is conspicuously absent. In the representation dated 16.07.2024, the writ petitioner represents himself as Additional Director (Crime) of All India Anti Corruption Organisation (REGD). The writ petitioner is clearly a busy body and the use of the word "All India" for his Organisation is itself illegal and furthermore, describing himself as the Additional Director (Crime) is also illegal and these are sufficient grounds to dismiss the writ petition with cost.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands

dismissed with a cost of Rs. 50,000/- payable by the writ petitioner to the State Legal Services Authority, Government of West Bengal within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the server copy of this order.

4. Consequently, the connected application also stands dismissed.
