And In Re : Mintu Ghosh ........ petitioner Mr. Samiran Mandal Mr. Abhinaba Dan ...... for the petitioner Mr. Madhusudan Sur, APP ...... for the State Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner in subjecting a minor girl to gangrape on the threat of uploading her objectionable photos on social media, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case where the petitioner may be enlarged on bail.
