1. Mr. Shahan Shah, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that notice inviting e-auction dated 23rd June, 2025 which is impugned in the writ petition has already been cancelled. Hence, this writ petition has become infructuous.

2. Mr. Ratul Biswas, learned Advocate appearing for the Purba Bardhaman Zilla Parishad informs that the impugned notice inviting e-auction has been withdrawn and cancelled and a fresh notice inviting e-auction has been floated by the Purba Bardhaman Zilla Parishad. He files the notice inviting e-auction No.04 of 2025-26 dated 12.09.2025 which is taken on record.

3. In view of the above submissions, the writ petition being WPA 18927 of 2025 stands dismissed as infructuous.

4. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

5. All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of.

6. There shall be no order as to costs.

7. All concerned parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

8. Urgent Photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of all necessary legal formalities.
