Learned counsel for the respondent submits that a short date for hearing has been fixed in the case pending before the Tribunal.

It appears that the case pending before the Tribunal is of the year 2021.

On hearing the parties, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the learned Judge, 7th Industrial Tribunal, Kolkata shall make all endeavour to dispose of the proceedings in Case No. 08/2021 pending before it expeditiously, preferably within 6 months from the date of this order.
