At the heading of the said order sheet, the name of learned counsel for the State has been wrongly recorded. Instead of "Mr. Supriyo Chattopadhyay", the name should actually be "Arindam Chattopadhyay."

The inadvertent typographical error is hereby corrected.

This order shall be treated as a part of the judgment passed and both the orders shall always be read conjointly.
