117/SWP/2022 dated July 15, 2022, was cancelled due to technical mistakes. The Pradhan has issued a notice of cancellation of the tender, which has been challenged before this Court.

The State respondents has categorically stated that a tender notice would be issued shortly. Under such circumstances, nothing survives to be decided in this writ petition.

The panchayat authorities are to act in accordance with law.

This writ petition is disposed of.

There will be, however, no order as to costs. All parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
