Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appeal has become infructuous in the meantime. Mr. Sengupta, learned counsel for the State submits that the appeal has not become infructuous, in fact, the appellant having been fined Rs.4 lakh (Rupees four lakh) by competent authority of the State has deposited the fine. On deposit of the fine, he has been allowed to run the dealership.

Be that as it may, there nothing survives to be adjudicated in the appeal. Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of on the basis of the aforesaid submission.

Interim application, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
