2. Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

3. It is submitted by learned Counsel for the State that proclamation under Section 82 Cr.P.C. has been issued against the petitioner on 04.08.2023 prior to filing of this petition for anticipatory bail on 08.08.2023.

4. In view of such fact, the present petition as laid is not maintainable as per judicial dictums.

5. Accordingly, the application being CRM (A) 3487 of 2023 is dismissed.
