Mr. Debasis Kar, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner files an affidavit-of-service which be taken on record.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that in spite of repeated approach by the petitioner for disbursing the amount lying with the Post Office that has not been done as yet.

Mr. Rahul Sarkar, learned advocate appearing for the respondent Nos. 1, 3, 4, 5 and 6 submits that they have got no objection to disburse the amount, if the original documents are produced by the petitioner.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the respondents the petitioner is directed to produce

the original documents before the concerned authority in the prescribed format which will be taken into consideration for disbursement of the amount lying with the respondents within fifteen days of submission of the original documents.

In the light of the above observation, the writ application, WPA 20351 of 2021, is accordingly disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on completion of usual formalities.
