Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. The petitioner has challenged the impugned order dated 26th April, 2019 passed by the Additional Commissioner, Commercial Taxes, West Bengal in connection with the grievance relating to "C" form, which the petitioner could not produce before the respondent authority concerned. Mr. Ghosh, learned Advocate appearing for the State respondents very fairly submits that the impugned order dated 26th April, 2019, can be set aside to the extent of giving opportunity to the petitioner to produce "C" form annexed to the writ petition before the Respondent concerned.

Considering the submission of the parties, this writ petition is disposed of by setting aside the impugned order dated 26th April, 2019, to the extent that the respondent concerned will allow the petitioner to produce "C" form before them as indicated above

within four weeks from date and to act in accordance with law.

WPA 18082 of 2019 is disposed of.
