1. The petitioner by way of public interest litigation praying for a direction to the respondent nos.2 to 7 to deploy proper traffic personnel to safeguard the school students from the nearby busy road during school time and tiffin time.

The petitioner has not given any representation to the authority and straightway filed this writ petition which cannot be entertained.

3. Therefore, the writ petition stands disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to file a comprehensive representation making clear suggestions to the appropriate authority which can be taken into consideration by the said authority.
