Petitioners are directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Mr. Mukherjee, learned Public Prosecutor.

The records reflect that on 27th March, 2023 the case records were received by the learned Sessions Judge, Jhargram and the sessions judge subsequently transferred the case to learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Jhargram wherein the case records were received on 31st March, 2023.

It is also reflected from the case records that on 10th May, 2023 the present two petitioners viz Sk. Samjed @ Kalu and Sk. Bhanra were not present and as such warrant of arrest was issued and execution of return was fixed on 11th August, 2023.

In case, warrant of arrest has not been executed, I direct that the execution of the same may be stayed till 8th September, 2023.

In case, the present two petitioners viz Sk. Samjed @ Kalu and Sk. Bhanra surrender on or before 5th September, 2023, they may be allowed to continue on the same bail and bond. A condition may be imposed upon the petitioners to appear physically on each and every date fixed by the learned trial court till further orders. The petitioners should not leave the jurisdiction of the learned trial court without prior permission. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 2989 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent certified copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of such requisite formalities.
