The records shows that by a previous order dated March 15, 2019 the writ petition was "dismissed for non-prosecution" and the same has not been restored yet.

In view of the above, the order passed by this Court on July 12, 2023 directing the writ petition to appear "for dismissal" stands recalled. The status of the writ petition stands "dismissed for nonprosecution" in terms of the order dated March 15, 2019.

The department and computer section are directed to correct the record accordingly.
