Mr. Partha Pratim Das Mrs. Manasi Roy ... for the State We have considered materials on record. The allegations prima facie disclose involvement of the petitioner in torturing the victim housewife resulting in her death. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier. There is no change in the circumstance since then.

Accordingly, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
