Angshuman Chakraborty, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners has informed the Court that he has instructions not to further pursue the present revisional application.

None appears on behalf of the private opposite party no.2.

Mr. Arijit Ganguly, learned advocate, appears on behalf of the State and submits that the investigation of the case is still under progress.

Having regard to the same, I am of the opinion that no interference can be made at this stage. Petitioners would be at liberty to ventilate their grievances after the Investigating Agency submits its report under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Petitioners are further granted liberty to inform any factual or documentary evidence which may be available with them to the Investigating Officer of the case.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 2540 of 2021 is disposed of.

Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
