And In Re : Tapas Bauri ..... petitioner Mr. Soumik Ganguli ... for the petitioner Mr. Binay Panda Ms. Puspita Saha ... for the State Petitioner renews his prayer for bail.

Learned Counsel appearing for the State opposes prayer for bail.

We have considered materials on record. Petitioner was named as one of the assailants in the statements of the witnesses recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. His bail prayer was rejected in April, 2022. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
