Petitioner is aggrieved by the act and action of the private respondents as he felt insecured so far as his shop room is concerned wherein he complains against the private respondents for interference of peaceful enjoyment to carry on his trade and business.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects that the land, in question, has been the subject matter of dispute between the petitioner and the respondent nos. 4, 5 & 6.

Learned advocate appearing for the private respondent submits that a title suit is pending being

T.S. No. 31/2008 before the learned Civil Judge, 2nd Court, Baruipur.

State has already taken steps under section 126/135(3) of the BNSS. Consequently, I direct the police authorities to continue their surveillance and ensure that further breach of the peace do not take place.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 19251 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report submitted be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to both the parties.
