The claim of the petitioner to restore possession of a shop room cannot be entertained in the instant proceedings as the same is civil in nature.

The petitioner may obtain appropriate civil remedies in that regard.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
