The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher of Bamnia Vivekananda Vidyapith (H.S.), Jhalda, District: Purulia. The petitioner initially joined as an Assistant Teacher of Urusaran Primary School and was subsequently promoted to the post of Headmaster of the said school. The petitioner, being a successful candidate in the 12th RLST (A.T.), 2011 got appointment on December 10, 2013 in the post of Assistant Teacher of Pure Science (Pass) at Uttarbil Bidhan Chandra Sikshayatan (H.S.), Police Station: Garbeta, District : Paschim Medinipur. The petitioner thereafter on mutual transfer, joined his present school.

The Managing Committee of the present school of the petitioner has forwarded his prayer for benefit of continuance of service along with pay protection to the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Purulia, the respondent no. 11 herein.

The petitioner is praying that the said respondent may be directed to consider the said proposal of the school dated

July 08, 2019, which is appearing at page 42 of the writ petition, being Annexure 'P-12'.

The respondent no. 11 is directed to consider and dispose of the said proposal in accordance with law after giving the petitioner and all concerned parties an opportunity of hearing within a period of four weeks from date.

WPA 19616 of 2022 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance of all requisite formalities.
