Affidavit of service be kept with the record. A joint compromise petition has been filed by the parties to the instant proceeding stating, inter alia, that the dispute between the parties has been amicably settled and the de facto

complainant did not turn up to proceed with G.R. Case No. 1009 of 2018.

In view of such averment made in the petition by both the parties and the learned counsel for both the parties have submitted before this Court that the matter has been amicably settled, the instant criminal revision is disposed of directing both the parties to appear before the trial Court within three weeks and file an application along with the copy of this order for recording formal order of compromise in G. R. Case No.1009 of 2018. The joint compromise petition be made part of this order.

The parties are at liberty to act upon the server copy of this order and the copy of the joint compromise petition duly certified to be true copy by the Assistant Court Officer of this Court.

Status report be kept with the order.
