Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was driving the vehicle which initially ran up upon the foothpath damaging the road side railing and then dashed into some children. One child was murdered according to him.

State and the private opposite parties are represented.

We perused the post mortem report as also the order granting bail to the private opposite parties. Apart from the post mortem report, we also looked into the mechanical examination report of the motor vehicle involved. On the date when the private opposite party was granted bail, he was in custody for 40 days. Such aspect was taken into consideration. Need for further detention of the private opposite party was not felt by the learned Court. We do not find any perversity in the order granting bail for our interference.

C.R.M. (DB) 2847 of 2024 stands dismissed.
