... for the petitioner Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that after passing of the order by this Court dated 14th March, 2022, the arrear salary has been paid by the District Inspector of Schools and, therefore, there is no point for adjudication of this order by this Court as the grievance of the petitioner has been satisfied. Therefore, the writ application is disposed of as allowed.

The Assistant Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Kolkata, Mr, Dilip Kumar Saha is present in Court today and he has filed a report of the District Inspector of Schools intimating payment of the arrear salary to the petitioner.
