In view of the fact that the issues raised in this Public Interest Litigation is also the subject matter before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and the Hon'ble Supreme Court has from time to time passed certain directions concerning the selection of the Vice Chancellor, we do not find any reason to keep this matter alive any further.

2. Accordingly the matter is disposed of.
