........ petitioners Mr. T D Gupts ...... for the petitioners Mr. S Bardhan Ms. Baishakhi Chatterjee ...... for the State Statements of witnesses including contemporaneous document i.e. seizure memo prima facie disclose recovery of 7350 bottles of phensedyl containing codeine phosphate which is above commercial quantity from the possession of the petitioners. In view of the aforesaid fact and in view of the statutory restrictions under section 37 of the NDPS, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
