We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner had been identified in the course of test identification parade. He does not stand on the same footing with co-accused who are on bail. 3.

Keeping in mind the primary role played by the petitioner in the crime and the gravity of offence, we do not consider it prudent to release the petitioner on bail at this stage. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. (Gaurang Kanth, J.) (Joymalya Bagchi, J.)
