1. Supplementary Affidavit and affidavit of service so filed by the petitioners be kept with the record. Report so submitted by the State be also kept with the record.

2. The subject-matter of the writ petition reflects that the petitioners were aggrieved by the inaction of the police authorities.

3. The dispute, which has been complained of related to land, the right, title and interest of which are supposed to be decided by the civil court.

4. Petitioners and the private respondents are at loggerheads.

5. In view of the same, steps have been taken by the police authorities and proceedings under Section 126 of the BNSS have been drawn by the Keshiary Police Station.

6. In view of the nature of the dispute and difference, which relate to the land in question, I direct the police authorities to keep a strict vigil and ensure that there is no breach of peace and tranquility at the locality at the behest of either of the parties.

7. With the aforesaid directions, W.P.A. 19904 of 2024 stands disposed of.
