It is apparent that in terms of the order dated 24th September, 2024 the petitioners were informed that the matter will appear in the monthly combined list of December 2024. The petitioners remained unrepresented on several consecutive dates prior to passing of the order dated 24th September 2024. Today no one appears on behalf of the petitioners. No one has sought for any adjournment. No one has also applied to represent the petitioners through virtual mode. It appears that the petitioners are no more interested to prosecute the matter although the respondents are represented.

The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed for default. Interim order if any, stands vacated.
