Learned Counsel appearing for the State opposes prayer for bail and submits that the body of the deceased was recovered from the courtyard of the petitioner.

We have considered materials on record. Statements of witnesses and other materials collected during investigation show dead body of the victim was recovered from the courtyard of the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
