...... petitioners Mr. A Chakraborty Mr. S S Saha ...... for the petitioners Mr. S S Imam Mr. S Kundu ...... for the State Having considered materials on record disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioners, who are in-laws of the victim housewife, in subjecting her to torture which compelled her to commit suicide within two years of marriage, we are of the opinion that in view of the gravity of the offence this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
