A report is received from the learned ACJM, Chandannagore to the effect that G.R. Case No. 217 of 2014 arising out of Haripal Police Station Case No. 32 of 2014 dated 14.02.2014 under Sections 498A/406 IPC was disposed of by the said Court on 03.05.2017 and the accused persons have been acquitted. Since the accused persons of the aforesaid P.S. Case has prayed for quashing by filing the instant revisional application, it appears that the instant application has become infructuous.

In view of such, the instant revisional application being CRR 2109 of 2014 is disposed of as infructuous. 3.

Department is directed to forward a copy of this order to the learned trial Court at the earliest.
