Limited submission of learned counsel for the appellants is that a direction be issued to the DRT-II/the assigned DRT to take up the matter expeditiously. Hence, without interfering with the order of learned Single Judge, this appeal is disposed of by directing that DRT-II/the DRT which is assigned the matter, on being functional, will make an endeavour to decide the SA 282 of along with applications filed therein expeditiously.
