Perused the case diary.

Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the statements of victims and other witnesses and the injury report showing that injuries were inflicted on several persons like a lacerated cut injury on a vital part of the body (being the forehead) of one Sk. Rakibul Islam, I do not consider this is to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
